Modes of payment

You may use any of the following payment methods to shop on Paytm Mall

  • Paytm Wallet
  • Debit and Credit Cards
  • EMI
  • UPI
  • Internet Banking
  • COD


Money deducted but order was not placed

Your order could not be placed as your payment was unsuccessful which may have happened due to poor internet connectivity or Payment gateway issues. If your amount was deducted, it will be automatically reversed to your source account.

Unable to make payment

If you are unable to make payment, we suggest you to update the version of the app. You may also change the payment method and make the payment. If the issue still persists, we would request you to share the screenshot of the error. We will try to solve the issue for you.

Refund for Cancelled order

If your order was cancelled before shipping the product, we will initiate the refund instantly. However, if your order was cancelled after shipping the product, we will initiate the refund once we get confirmation from the courier partner has cancelled the delivery of the order.
If your order was cancelled by our merchant due to inability to fulfill your order, we will initiate the refund instantly.

Refund for Shipping Cost incurred

When we provide the customer with self-shipping option, we refund the shipping costs incurred by the customer. It is to be noted that we refund genuinely reasonable amount for shipping and customer should keep this in mind while self-shipping. To get the reimbursement for shipping, proof of payment, i.e., courier receipt needs to be shared with us.
