Can I return my order?
You may place a request for return or replacement within the period mentioned in the product’s return policy on the product description page. You may read the return/ replacement policy before placing an order. You will not be able to return products that are explicitly identified as non-returnable.

Once you’ve placed your return/ replacement request, we investigate and validate the issue. We may approve or reject your claim on the basis of our investigation.
If your return request is approved, we will align a courier partner for return pick-up of your product. The return pick-up is usually done within 5 working days.
Can I replace my product?
If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller and replacement is allowed by the Return/ replacement policy. Once you raise replacement request, the details of estimated delivery date of the new item will be shared with you through a notification in the app.
Self-Shipping for returns
There are a few pin-codes where we do not have return pick-up service. In such a scenario we request our customers to self-ship the product. We will reimburse the shipping charges incurred. Please refer to the Refund Policy for more details.
When will I get refund if I return an item?
We will process your refund as soon as the return pick-up for the item is done by our courier partner. In case of self-shipping, we initiate refund once the product reaches our seller. ode of Pay
