Transactions not getting counted on 'My Offers' section

Tiered offers in the Cashback Offers section are a way to reward loyal customers on their day to day payments made through Paytm. If any transaction made by you satisfy the eligibility criteria of the offer, it is automatically linked to the given offer and you can see your progress in the offer from My Offers section on Paytm app.

To ensure fair usage of these offers, 90% of our offers have a limit on the number of transactions in a day/week/month that can be counted in a particular offer. In addition to these limits, there are certain minimum amount checks in place. All such conditions are mentioned upfront on the offer details screen itself.

For more information, you can check the T&Cs of the respective offer. Please ensure that the transaction in question satisfies all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the T&Cs.
