In case you do not receive a ticket confirmation email or SMS, we would advise you to first carefully check email/SMS. The ticket on your email can be searched using the keywords "Paytm- Your Train Ticket" in your mailbox. Please check the SPAM folder just in case it has been tagged as spam.
While the ticket in your message/SMS box could be searched on your phone by typing the Booking ID of the desired booking found on the booking summary page ("My Order"-> Locate the appropriate booking-> Open the booking). If you are still not able to find the SMS or email, we request you to contact our customer support team to seek their assistance in resending the ticket over email.
Alternatively, for the purpose of undertaking the journey, you can open the booking summary page for that journey on Paytm ("My Order"-> Locate the appropriate booking-> Open the booking) and download the PDF ticket on your phone using "Download Ticket" option.
